I began my career in high-risk environments, starting as a volunteer firefighter at nineteen and later serving as an Army medic. I volunteered for special operations selection and completed advanced medical training, qualifying me to deliver complex trauma care in austere conditions. Those experiences, culminating in arctic operations in Alaska, shaped how I perform under pressure and take accountability when outcomes matter most.

After transitioning from the military, I moved into SaaS and technology-enabled sales, eventually landing inside one of the largest payment processors in the country. Working directly at the big processor, I learned exactly how they operate, the hidden fees, the rate creep, the call-center support, and how often merchants get taken advantage of. That experience is what pushed me to open my own ISO, where I could finally control the pricing and the support myself and put the merchant first.

That's when the wholesome part of this work started showing up. I sit across from family-owned restaurants, dental offices, fuel sites, and food trucks, real people who built something from nothing, and I get to make their day-to-day a little easier. Saving an owner thousands of dollars a year, fixing a problem the last processor wouldn't return calls on, getting a brand new business approved and live in 48 hours, that's the part I love, and none of it would have been possible without first seeing the industry from the inside.

While my heart is with small business, I'm equally at home in mid-market B2B, handling more complex deals, multi-location rollouts, integrated software environments, and longer sales cycles with the same accountability and attention to detail.
